Which programs can the tables come from?

What matters is the file, not the program: slide factory reads Excel files (.xlsx and .xls). Whether your exports work without rework is something we clarify together – at the latest using your own tables.

What happens to changes I make in PowerPoint after the export?

They stay in the exported file. A new export is created again from your template and your settings in slide factory, without those changes. So anything that should look the same in every presentation belongs in the template, not in the finished file.

Can I work with several templates, for example for different clients?

Yes. Template and fonts are stored per project. This lets you create slides for different clients, brands or reports, each in their own design.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. slide factory runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU. For AI features, we use Azure OpenAI, also in the EU. Microsoft does not use your data to train AI models.

Filtered charts are based on fewer cases. State the base, for example in a footnote in your template, and read values for small groups with caution.
