Yes, you can work with your real data in the test access. This is based on a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR. deepsight cloud runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU; for AI features we use Azure OpenAI, also in the EU. Microsoft does not use your data to train AI models. For sensitive data, we additionally recommend our anonymization. If translation is switched on, texts are translated before masking, optionally also with DeepL or Google. The anonymization does not detect every piece of information; review results before sharing them.
Yes. After the demo you receive test access. We agree the scope of the test with you, based on your project. If needed, we show you in a follow-up conversation how to work with your own examples.
No. You upload your data through the interface and work without programming. We show you the key steps in the demo.
Yes. You can export data as Excel or CSV, and compile results into a report and export it to PowerPoint. This way you can keep working in your existing processes.
