Do I have to use every feature?

No. For each analysis you choose which steps run, for example whether data quality is checked or responses are translated first. All features are available in every paid plan; we activate surveys for each organization. The plan comparison shows what sets the plans apart.

In which order do the steps run?

Data preparation runs before the analyses: first the data quality check, then translation, then anonymization. If translation is switched on, texts are therefore translated before masking. Topics, sentiment and further analyses then run on the prepared text. Analyses started directly from a survey run without this preparation, that is without the data quality check and without anonymization.

Which language is the interface in?

The deepsight cloud interface is currently in German. You analyze responses in other languages with translation, and you can ask the assistant questions in German or English.

Will I be notified when an analysis is finished?

Yes, by email if you wish. There is no real-time monitoring with alerts.
