Example: 1,000 people × 5 completed open-ended questions = 5,000 texts when all responses are analyzed.

- Analyzed open-ended responses count toward your text allowance.

- A new completed analysis run can count the same texts against your allowance again.

- Once you have completed the data quality check, filtered-out responses do not count. Without this check, every row in the dataset counts.

The duration and usage scope are specified in your offer before you start, and we activate surveys for your organization as part of the introduction. You receive a transparent follow-up offer before it ends; there is no automatic paid extension.

Questions about pricing and billing
The analysis feature set is the same in all paid plans: all analysis features including wave comparison and review connectors, plus reports, slides and PowerPoint, are included in Starter, Professional and Enterprise. The plans differ in volume (text allowance, users, projects, storage, assistant requests); support and Enterprise services such as SSO and separate organizations come on top. You can see your current usage in the cloud at any time. If needed, you can add extra text packages – no plan change required.
Closed-ended responses and quantitative tables do not use the allowance. A new completed analysis run can count the same texts against your allowance again. Once the data quality check has been completed, filtered-out rows do not count; without this check, the dataset row count is used. AI follow-ups use a separate agreed monthly allowance. Yes, by arrangement with us. When a switch takes effect and how it is billed is set out in your offer. You can also add more volume as an extra text package without changing plans.
The term and notice period are set out in your offer; in all other respects, the deepsight cloud terms and conditions (in German) apply. With annual billing, you save approximately 17% (equivalent to 2 months free).
We agree the scope of the test with you before you start. After the test, we discuss whether and with which plan you would like to continue.

Extensive setup, intensive support, complex custom PowerPoint templates and bespoke reporting automation are offered separately when needed.
