Questions about the codebook
When you run recurring analyses with the same categories, such as tracking studies, regular customer surveys or standardized reports.
As an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file, optionally with a short description and the parent category for each category; both are used for the assignment. You can also save topics you have newly discovered and reviewed in deepsight cloud as a codebook.
Yes. The export keeps your original columns, such as the case number, and you export the categories either as codes or as descriptions. For this, your codebook lists the codes as category names and the full wording as descriptions.
When discovering topics, deepsight suggests them based on your responses. With your codebook, you assign responses to your existing categories – strictly to your categories or with additional suggested topics.
