In an initial call, we clarify your use case and your data. If needed, we then look at a sample of your data together. We agree the scope with you.
Text data such as survey responses, customer feedback, reviews, support tickets or NPS comments. For chatbot and extraction projects, bring sample documents; for slide factory, bring result tables and your PowerPoint template. We agree the size of the sample together.
No. Your request does not commit you to anything. Whether and how working together makes sense is something we discuss after the conversation.
deepsight cloud runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU; for AI features we use Azure OpenAI, also in the EU. Microsoft does not use your data to train AI models. On request, we mask personal data beforehand with our anonymization; it does not detect every piece of information.
You receive our assessment of whether and how deepsight can handle your task. If deepsight fits, we discuss next steps. If not, you know early on.
