Questions about dashboards
To the analyzed responses; anything the data quality check filters out does not count toward the base. A response can be assigned to several topics, so the shares often add up to more than 100%. Values below a fixed base of 10 responses are flagged or hidden; significance indicators start at a base of 30.
Yes. You cross topics and ratings with attributes from your data, with significance indicators and optional weighting – in the dashboard, in the assistant and in the report. More on this under group comparison.
For rating scales, deepsight shows the mean as well as top-2 and bottom-2 shares. You decide which end of the scale counts as good.
Yes. Your team works in the same project, each with their own access; the number of users depends on your plan. You can also share individual results with external recipients via a link, with a recipient list, password, expiry date and revocation. Guests have read-only access.
Sharing results as a dashboard suits in-house research teams that report on their own studies internally, for example.
